The WordPress Automatic Upgrader plugin is the (only one i've seen so far)
culprit for that error.
@Arman: Try upgrading the WPAU plugin and see if that fixes it like
Annie's suggestd, If you dont have the WordPRess Automatic upgrade plugin

Just throwing this out, really the out-dated plugin files DO NOT need to
be deleted, they could just be overwritten or replaced by the newer
ones, by being uploaded OVER the originals.

structures are changed from the original layout / setup for their
plugins? Like...

I agree that it can break the site when someone views a page half way through
