On which system did you try your script? Is it Seven? Is UAC active?

In our environment we'are using WPKG Client
http://wpkg.org/WPKG_Clientto execute WPKG. It runs with SYSTEM
privileges and do not need UAC
deactivation on Seven.
Also take a closer look at WPKG-GP http://wpkg.org/WPKG-GP. If you have
AD it might be better solution.
