[WSG] I need a professional eye back again.

Hi everyone I have slowly going through all the tips this group gave me and add fixes etc. But I have on fix i can't fix and that is the foot ul it does not mater what I do I cannot get the li or a or ul padding or margin to move the css top down can anyone see an issue? Also someone suggested
