[wxlua-users] wxlua 2.8 - international characters disappeared

I upgraded to wxLua 2.8 but I found that any string containing characters over ascii 127 (i.e. with 8 bits, like accented letters, very common in italian) is not shown anymore. I found some old threads dealing about unicode problems, but I was not able to solve the problem. I use wxLua on
