This is another attempt. It makes longtable RTL but also has some problems
so I am not yet happy with it.

1- why there is too much vertical space at the bottom of page 1?

As Alan already said, longtable is not yet ready for RTL. I have tried
several attempts to figure out how I can do RTL tables with longtable but so
far I have failed. For instance, recently I asked this question

Longtable package doesn't want to work in RTL mode do you know a way that I
