XFree86 4.3.x detects the card (chip id 0x5961, see log) and even the DFP on the primary port, but a signal is only produced on the (not connected) secondary VGA port. This is something new. It's supposed to work the same as 9000 cards, but apparently it isn't. I haven't seen a 9200 with a DVI

I've run XFree86 3.x many years ago on 486 systems with 16 Meg of ram. It ran fine with a simple window manager like FVWM or TWM, but anything more than simple apps cause things to start swapping. A 256 KB video card won't even be able to do 640x480 in 8 bpp. Are you sure about that
