their HP computer doesn't like linux. :)
I have put in a GeForce4 MX 440-SE (PCI) and it seems to be working fine
now.

I just upgraded my video card to a new PNY PCI GeForce4 MX 440-SE, from my
previous of a Radeon 7000. Unfortunately, I am still having a problem
getting XWindows to work for Mandrake 9.0. I tried installing the I32
nVidia driver rpm binaries (both the GLX and the kernel) for

Radeon 7000 doesn't mind not having the support enabled, but when
you
turn
it on, the display goes wacky.
Would you recommend doing this? Is it easy enuf?
