  xf86cfg has an interface for accessx settings, and will save the
configuration in a xkb specific configuration file, that may override
XF86Config options; normally /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/xkb/X0-config.keyboard,
where the 0 is the display number.
  At some time I considered adding accessx configuration to XF86Config,
but there was already code done for a xkb specific configuration file,
so I used the existing code.
