I use my own solution 8 months. You can check out

Multiple locale X servers works flawless.
Text mode virutal consoles will not work, because two XFree will
handle with VGA - VGA allways is blocked.
I need help from XFree-folks, to create a nicer XFree patch,
which solve PCI-handling troubles , when multiple XFree run
inside one box.
