Your log file indicates that Xfree is configured to use the Open Source NV driver for NVIDIA drivers. And your email indicates that you are trying to use the binary drivers provided by NVIDIA. You need to choose one or the other. If you want to use the proprietary drivers change the driver entry in your XF86config.txt to 'NVIDIA' instead of 'NV'.
