Dear XFree People, I recently upgraded my machine - uses NetBSD-3.0 OS, Gateway FPD1930 Display, with I810 built-in video and XFree86 V 4.5.0. X detects various video modes from the monitor which don't seem to be rejected because of timing yet when are specified in the Display subsection

Thanks for the info. Adjusting the mode name results in exactly the same effect - ie no mode of this name. Adjusting the Virtual to 1280 1024 results in a different log message of having a larger virtual but it still has the same effect - it chooses 640x480 and complains about other mode

Hi, I am trying to install redhet linux 7.3 on an IBM intellistation M pro 6850. After the installation, I am able to login in at the command prompt. But once i type startx, it says Fatal Server Error: NO screens found. I am attaching the Xfree86 log with this email for you to have
