[XFree86] SuperProbe

I installed X11R6 as part of a FreeBSD installation, however I can't find the program SuperProbe anywhere in it.  I don't know anything about this video card, and I can't do the rest of the configuration without it.  Any idea where I can get SuperProbe on it's own?
