Greetings!
I just upgraded to 4.4.0, but I continue to have a problem, yet
now that I am running the latest and greatest perhaps I might
have a chance at figuring this out.
Intermittently (perhaps once per day) the X-server hangs. The
pointer moves with the mouse, but I can't click on anything,

Any suggestions would be appreciated. This happens about
once a day, and always when I am trying to show somebody how
nice things are working :-).

Greetings!
I just installed XFree86-4_4_0 from source on an AMD running
Linux 2.6.8.1/SMP (gcc-3.4.2, Suse 9.1). After make World/make install
the desktop seemed a little slow starting, so I ran ldconfig and rebooted.
