When I try to launch XFree86 -configure to finish the install I get the following error: Fatal server error: xf86OpenConsole: Cannot open /dev/tty0 (No such file or directory)
The file does exists in the /dev directory, however it does have 0 byte count (I suspect this is a problem but not sure why) Any ideas on what to do? I am new to Linux and to the list so any help will be greatly appriciated.
