I stopped running frozcache.vbs and it does not make a difference.
It was only running once a day anyway - there is very little mail traffic
on the server.
The problem does not seem to occur at any special time or for any reason I

I've tried creating new users with the MkUsers command but it doesn't work.
If I start the program on its own and follow the directions in the doc like:
domain;username;password;real-name;homepage[newline]
I can enter the details, then hit enter and enter the next lot of details,

Although I know the directory structure is big is a little bit of an
understatement. :-)
There are 3388 spool folders to check, and the problem has occurred 5 times
recently = 16940 folders to examine.
(thanks to the recycle bin they were all saved)

What happens if after you restart xmail you don't touch the WAI, in
other words don't touch the control interface and see if that makes a
difference. It could be that once the control interface is touched it
starts a chain of events. Also make sure that no scripts or anything
