[xmail] Sendmail differences? (sorry for the resend)

I'm sorry about resending this but my av filter went nuts today and has been, I guess, deleting all emails as they come in (didn't actually realise until now) :( Can you please repost and responses to this question. I was just wondering what are the differences between
