Get in mind 'privacy' (in France, bosses can't do this even on
'professional' usage mailboxs ... only admin can read, on demand

And, I would suggest to warn users that their mail might be read by
boss. This would be a good way to avoid abuse :-)

This is the default IMAP server on Debian Testing.
If you have it working, is there any tips or documentation you can point me
