here I found that there is nothing do with the smtprelay saettings.
While I try to send mail in command line (I am using linux) like this:
mail xxx(at)yyy.com
subject: this is a test
test

Nope, no native possibility.
You can:
1) write your own SMTP filter that handles blacklists and whitelists
your client.
