Question for Davide.
I think I remember that upgrades from 1.9 to 1.10 and 1.10 to 1.11 were
both possible with just a change of binaries.
If that's correct I assume I can go from 1.9 to 1.12 with the same
simple binary change.
Can you confirm please.
