XMail-WAI is now designed to be used on separate virtual web server,
therefore you must use it i root. Good idea, I will write it better into
documentation.

- 1 frozen message stuff (I have the 2.x version still in place to manage
those)
- 2 list management?
- 3 spam management features
- 4 mailproc related stuff (ability to create system wide filters and let
users decide on whether to use them)
