[Xpert]Xv - how to draw on top of the overlay.

I need to display some text on top of an Xv image. I guess I need to arrange for the text to be rendered into the destination window, which would have been painted in the colour of the chroma key by Xv. Is there an easy way to do this? Thanks, Paul Robertson
