If xrdp will not work with Mir, what about Wayland?
I've looked at Wayland and the design is different then X11 but still
can be remoted.
The applications in wayland render there own frame buffers and simple
inform the wayland server that it's changed. It's really simplified.

It seems widely known that xrdp does not work with later versions of Ubuntu.
When connecting the user gets only a gray background window with a cursor that
is moveable using the mouse but no desktop functionality or icons. Is this a
known issue with xrdp? Are there plans to fix the issue?
