I realize that this is quite OT, but since IMHO it's "kind of a big deal..." I have had the same problem w/ Flickr: Photos that were permissioned for everyone, but then only for friends & family have remained viewable via the API. It's quite shocking to see photos that are permissioned only for F&F appear on sites that pull photos via the API - like claimid.com. I guess there's just a delay in repermissioning these(?... Maybe you could address this, guys?...) Do you Y! types fraternize with your Flickr cousins at all?... This seems to be an issue you share - and could perhaps collaborate on a solution to???...
