Hello, is there any built-in functionality to see the latest popular
bookmarks based on the tag cloud of a particular user?
The tags I use pretty much indicate my interests. It would then be
cool for example to see a list of bookmarks in which the position of
the bookmark in the list would depend
Is there a way to view all the popular posts that I don't have already? eg: /popular/?filter=notmine

You can filter /popular to show items that have shown up in the last day
or so only: http://del.icio.us/popular/?new
I also changed the biases so that popular sites like slashdot don't show
up anymore.
