Hi mates, Yesterday, I forgot to say that I have fixed the GID and UID issue of clamav and postgres

Then it creates the group and/or user when required. Besides, I have included a few more improvements. I have tried it out locally succesfully and it did the upgraded from Yoper 3.0 (having wrong user) to 3.1 successfully.
