There's some changes in the urllib2 reduce_uri function of the
HTTPPasswdMgr between Python 2.3, 2.4, and 2.5 which are giving
inconsistent results for doing extended basic auth header processing
with urlgrabber.

The yum-utils-1.1.x branch only works with yum = 3.1.1

Yum 3.2.5 is available. We've fixed a good number of user-impacting
bugs and cleaned up some medium-standing messes.
See the changelog for the full set but in terms of stability/reliability
I think 3.2.5 is looking like the best of the 3.2.X line thus far.
