Yum 3.1.6 and yum-metadata-parser 1.0.4 are released.
3.1.6 brings with it another round of fixes and optimizations to the
depsolver. It also ports forward some changes from 3.0.X that were
needed. This release should provide depsolver speed experience more
inline with what we want.
