I started to do experiments with 2.2.0b2 (I skipped b1). Looks good.
I lpayed a little and found tutorial.zexp in directory import. I tried
to import, but Zope complains.
Other than that it's working nice.
I installed SiteAccess2 - nohram. I didn't do an extensive testing

I think you are confusing some issues.
You can use the -t switch to z2.py
