[gentoo-user] Extremely slow sata with IDE interface: Intel Corporation 82801I (ICH9 Family)

(CONFIG_IDE) before the sata driver was loaded correctly. (followed thread: http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=184825) Now the sata driver loads correctly (it seems) but my hardisk is extremely slow: /dev/sda: Timing cached reads: 3746 MB in 2.00 seconds = 1874.11 MB/sec Timing buffered disk
