Bush victory a boon for Canadian immigration site

President Bush isn't the only winner in the 2004 election. Canada's immigration Web site -- www.cic.gc.ca -- is experiencing a landslide of its own. Since Tuesday, the site has gotten nearly six times its usual number of hits -- most surfers being downcast Democrats flirting with the idea of making a run for the northern border. Traffic has died down a bit -- now it's only about three times the norm.
