Two UC Berkeley researchers have figured out a way to let users send instant messages that leave no trace on a user's computer. Then again, if you're trying to thwart compliance regulations, this may be just the ticket.

Domino can serve as Microsoft CRM connector

While Microsoft designed its CRM suite with Exchange in mind as the connector to the front end, there is another option: IBM Lotus Domino. IBM's messaging platform can send and receive e-mail based on the lead, opportunity, account and contact data generated from Microsoft's CRM applications.
