Since tcpdchk was meant to work with inetd, and that xinetd replaced it,
no more tcpdchk (useless)
$ rpm -q --changelog tcp_wrappers
* Mon Aug 14 2000 Jeff Johnson <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
- remove utilities that expect /etc/inetd.conf (#16059).
