I've just checked that. You have probably opened that document in
Internet Explorer. However, if you open that document in Notepad or
WordPad or some app where you can see actuall bytes of XML file, you'll
see that there is nothing wrong with Base64 encoding and that there is
no space instead o a new line. I don't know why IE displays XML file in
that (wrong) way.
