Erwin,

All software/license keys donated to Apache is "stored" in private CVS repo by 
infrastructure
folks. They will make it available to eligible folks on demand. Just send an email to
infrastructure AT apache.org if you want to pursue this option. The other alternative 
is for Axl
to maintain the jar privately and share it to eligible folks on demand :)

Pls make sure you remove the jar from Attic too :)
