I wonder if people would mistake Santuarium for sanitarium (a variant of sanitorium/sanatorium), and if they did, whether they might be onto something. ;-)
"Bema" (http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=bema) is a related word that seems unlikely to be trademarked.
