It explains why you thought I had reorganized things between a patch including changes and new files and an "identical" submission of a patch including just changes with new files in a separate .zip. In the first case the path names in the patch were recorded incorrectly. Though I pointed the finger at diff, it turns out it is a known bug in Eclipse (bug #35151).
