Not what you want, but might save a bit of time. Add a link to the "Members of a collection" web report and the name of the collection. Then they can just go look at the list themselves.\
That is what I do at any rate. Nearly impossible to explain to the management types that collection membership is dynamic and not static, but the report gives them a warm fuzzy false sense of security.
