Hi Dana,
as I mentioned, any 'patches' to that version would be for a
specific fix, often for a specific user or situation, and they're not
"published" in the usual sense. Since I'm not in "Support", I can't
really answer your question. If you have a support contract for SGD,
you can contact them and ask.
I should mention, these "patches" are generally rolled up into the next
full release. So you may want to consider upgrading to 4.41 or 4.50 ...

Generally speaking, "patches" or incremental builds within a specific
release number are obtained from Support in response to a specific
issue. Patches aren't usually released for general use, as patched
versions may not be subjected to a full QA process like a regularly
scheduled release is.
