Are you sure, that your colour depth is 16 bit in the Windows Appliation?
The problem is not related to the Enhancement modul.

Hello everybody,
after upgrading our SGD server from 4.4.1 to 4.5 we are experiencing
problems with windows desktops started in kiosk mode on dual monitor
client devices:
The complete windows session just shows up in 8bit colors.
The behaviour seems not to be related to the well known windows2003 bug,
as the M$ hotfix is already installed and a lan RDP connection from a
dual monitor client works with full color support without problems.
The SGD enhancement modules are installed from the 4.5 Version.
Any suggestions?
