That the President instruct the end of violence by all sides. 2. That the President issue a statement to the people of Indonesia that he as President of the Republic of Indonesia will not sign the UU PKB. These two statements are to be broadcast nation-wide through all the mass media, today, Friday 24 September l999. We issue this demand in the name of humanity, to uphold justice and human rights, and for the well-being of the nation.
