Making a Difference Pages

SIG Regional Meeting Follow-up

Upcoming Deadlines and Events
January 3, 2008: Deadline for FY 2008 SPDG Applications. Get the forms
packages for progress report and grant application here:

January 14, 2008:  Oregon is convening a large conference for Effective
Behavior & Instructional Support Systems (EBISS). It's a PBS/RTI Blended
Model Coaches Conference. Please contact Kimberly Ingram (SPDG Project

<mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>  if you are interested in attending
the EBISS training. The consultants Oregon has contracted with will
offer the training. 

 

January 10, 2008: Evaluators' Call. Topic to be determined. Call times
are 1:00pm and 4:00pm Eastern.

 

January 22, 2008: Directors' Call: New York Higher Education Support
Center, 12:00pm Eastern. Presenters: Matt Guigno, Jerry Mager, and Peter
Koziak. New York Higher Education Support Center (HESC) for Systems
Change is an initiative of the Office of Vocational and Educational
Services for Individuals with Disabilities (VESID) within the State
Education Department. The HESC is committed to two goals: 1) To develop
and to sustain high quality inclusive teacher preparation programs, and
2) To engage in and to support the professional development efforts of
selected schools in the seven regions of New York State. To learn more

April 25, 2008: SIG/SPDG Annual Performance Reports Due. This deadline
must be met.
 
July 21-23, 2008: Please save these dates for the OSEP Project
Directors' Conference. This year SIG Day will occur on day one, July 21.
