Nebulizers use "cold" moisture, not hot vapor, so I believe the CS stays in
the droplets.

Didn't Ode say (or someone) that CS sort of cooks on (my words) to the
nebulizer instead of getting into the vapor?  something like that.  Maybe it
was not Ode.  I don't want to put words in his mouth, but someone made an
