I would like know what he said, just for my own knowledge!

I know that if you take iodine or thyroid hormones without first supporting
adrenals, you can have a very bad reaction.  It's because the adrenal
hormone cortisol is needed to process the thyroid/iodine, and if there isn't
enough, it will make you have hypERthyroid like reaction - heart palps,
anxiety, nervousness, etc...  This is why you need to check adrenals and
thyroid together!  They go hand in hand.
