I would just like to mention that I also get the occasional migraine, but that
I have discovered taking twenty drops of Herb Farm Cayenne Tincture drives it
off within minutes. I am now taking it daily to see if it will stop them from
forming in the first place.
My wife gets occasional ordinary headaches, and reports that the tincture did
the same thing for her - headache went away very quickly.
Certainly a better solution than aspirin or Excedrin.

This must be why my wife's doctors have urged her to avoid virtually
all deli meats. She is subject to daily migraines and nitrites are a known
trigger, probably due to their vasodilation function.
Maybe I should be looking for a vaso-constrictor substance?

Deli-meats ,ie Bacon,Ham,etc. preserved with NITRATE, which does have some
benefical attributes.However, NITRITE is what I do find, and that one is
highly detrimental to ones health.
