I keep spray bottles of CS/EIS handy to treat all surfaces that are touched by hand and carry a cloth dampened with same with me to the shops to wipe down carts,and my hands before and after. I found that I had to let the mix of D.Water and Lecithin stand in solution for a time to let it complete dissolving.Then the Jewelry cleaner did close to 100% encapsulating. I used/made sodium ascorbate instead of straight Ascorbic acid and it seemed to encap. better.
