Hi.  Today I went to the mercury safe dentist.  His office was beautiful, the
staff kind and competent, and everything went well.  They had me select a movie
and put headphones on (this really helped!)  While drilling the filling out,
they wore respirators and I had an oxygen mask.  They put a rubber dam in place
and used lots of water.

I asked him what kind of injection anesthesia he uses, and he asked why I
wanted

to know.  I said someone said they've had problems with their tongue ever since
Septocaine was used.  He said that can happen with any type and that it does
happen once in a while.  He said it couldn't happen with an upper tooth being
worked on.  At one point the tooth started hurting again, so he gave me another
injection.

After things were all clean, the dentist dusted my teeth, took images, then
used

a computer device to plan the tooth crown.  He made one, but wasn't happy with
it, so modified it and made another.  Then he polished it and it's great.  The
nurse showed me to the restroom to rinse my mouth with mouthwash and wipe my
face with a hot washcloth.  One dental visit, under two hours.

I got nervous and trembling a few times, (dental phobia thing) but each time
I'd

do EFT in my head and the trembling stopped instantly.

They didn't push me to get all the mercury out.  I asked for prices and had to
remind them, even.  They said my five remaining small ones would cost about the
same as the one crown, under $1,000.  She said they could get them out in two
appointments, probably 45 min to an hour.  I'm so glad I went there.

Pat
