You can purchase cherry juice concentrate at a health food store.  I have done 
this for years.

By all means use the DMSO (I seriously  don't think there is much difference 
between the brands)  but also try  warm/hot water with fresh lemon juice in the 
morning - a litre if possible  & before food - and drink any cherry juice at 
all 
for the gout.
