Hydrogen water seems a bit hard to swallow. Carbonated fizzy drinks consist of CO2 dissolved in water. The fizziness in your drink is the CO2 coming out of solution as the water warms up. CO2 is not very soluble in water. Water just above freezing can hold 3.5grams /liter. At room temperature this drops to 1.5g/liter. Thus the bubbles.
