I recently bought a Gotham pan and it works good but I do use a little oil in it. They say not but I find it co is the food better with just a touch of oil.
One thing I did read that might be important is that when cooking in a non stick pan, u should only good on medium heat, not high. Seems like the high heat will damage it or so they say.
