Hi, probably the best bet would be to buy distilled water at a drug store (Pharmacy? Chemist? by whatever name) second best might be to set up the "desert" solution, where a piece of clear plastic sheet is set up over a clear space; the clear space has some water in a dish or two under the plastic but well over to the sides, a dry clean catch-cup is set in the center of the space and a small weight like a rock is placed on top of the plastic sheet directly above the catch-cup. Water evaporated from the dishes will condense on the plastc sheet's underside and run down the depressed plastic and drip off the center into the cup. This poor-person's distillery can be powered by any number of radiant heat sources, most commonly the sun or a heat-lamp but even a warm room could yield some distilled water. Another way would be to simply buy or make a regular distiller that operates on stove-top; check out chemistry links on the web for help on such. . . . The desert distillery is as much to stir your imagination as anything else; Improvise! Be safe; Hope this helps, Malcolm

Thanks but unfortunately that's not an option at the moment.

How much silver per gallon? Better to purchase one of the ceramic
filters that's been treated with silver.

I got a *Puppy* from Ode several years ago, best money I ever spent,
it's still going strong, never had a problem with it. It keeps me,
my family and friends well supplied. I have one question, though.
We've been warned here in Britain that if we have a No Deal Brexit,
there may be problems with the water supply as the chemicals used in
treating it
may not be able to get through. If you're tap water is not
guaranteed safe, people are recommending adding bleach, I'd much
rather use silver, how much silver would you add per gallon to
ensure it was safe?

They copied my electrode design and Thermal stirrer concept. !!
{LOL}
They didn't get the electrodes straight before bending though,
pretty crude. [Took me 2 years to figure out how to do that]

..and all for only $220 more than a "Puppy"

I wonder why they don't state what this marvelous machine produces
in terms of ionic PPM. I guess they're unaware that by this time,
anyone willing to spend that much money and time to make colloidal

Amazon. But, as PT Barnum said, there is one born every minute.
